All of our event packages include a game coach equipped with climate-controlled mobile game theater. The game theater has seven 55″ flat screen TVs inside attached to XBOX One X, Sony PS4 Pro, and Nintendo Switch game consoles supporting up to 25+ players. Our gamers enjoy stadium seating which vibrate in sync with the action on the four main screen.
Click the “Book Now” icon. The system will direct you to a scheduling page to select your date/time. You will receive a confirmation email that your event is scheduled.
Game Kingz San Antonio offers various promotional discounts throughout the year. However, we will ALWAYS offer a MILITARY, VETERAN, FIRST RESPONDER & TEACHER discount as a special THANK YOU for their service & sacrifice. You can email or call us as shown on our contact page to provide verification prior to receiving the discount code needed at booking & checkout.
No. Not exactly Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay a deposit online. Payments are completed via debit/credit card through the scheduling & booking page prior to your event. If you so choose, you can pay in full at time of booking. If you booked with a deposit, the remainder of your balance will be drafted from the card on file 2-3 days from your event unless you indicate prior that you will want to change the card information. If your payment is DECLINED, we will make every attempt to contact you for resolution. However, Game Kingz SATX reserves the right to cancel your event, retain the deposit, & re-book another event in your place. You can email or call us as shown on our contact page.
We will make every effort to accomodate the next earliest available reservation date to reschedule your party event.
Please notify us as soon as possible should you need to cancel your reservation. You can cancel your event and receive a full refund outside of the 7 day event window. However, you will be charged the deposit as a cancellation fee for all parties or events cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled event. Rolling Video Games of San Antonio will make every effort to reschedule and/or postpone your event with no penalty to another date, should cancellation be necessary.

The RVGSA Game Coach will help and instruct the kids. We make sure it’s the ultimate RVGSA party experience!
We come rain, shine, cold or hot — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there!
We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is a half hour to one hour before our arrival time. This will allow guests time to eat first, and see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!
The Game Coach will attempt to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time, to set up and be ready for your party. Be mindful during peak times, due to traffic there may be a delay However, Game Kingz San Antonio will ALWAYS honor the complete booking timeframe allotted to each customer even if your event does not start exactly on time.
Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun! The game truck can comfortably accommodate 16-18 persons. However, we have two 55″ TVs with Playstation & Nintendo Switch on the outside awning of the mobile video game trailer for overflow numbers.
RVGSA will bring our full game library to every event, and your Game Coach will ensure player appropriate games are available. Please be mindful that we will not carry certain games that restrain the gameplay to one person per system. We select games that are multiplayer friendly.
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. Tipping for great service is highly encouraged and most certainly appreciated, but NEVER required.
The game truck driver can go nearly anywhere. As long as your street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! Unfortunately, in some circumstances the game trailer can not go in driveways.
