Policies
Booking...
You may book as far in advance as you wish. A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Rolling Video Games of San Antonio, L.L.C. (RVGSA) aka Game Kingz SA event reservation. Event times are not guaranteed until a deposit and/or full payment is made. The $150 USD deposit secures your date & time slot. The remaining & final payment will be processed approx. seven (7) calendar days prior to your event from the card on file. If the final payment is DECLINED, we will contact you to resolve. If the final payment is NOT resolved by three (3) calendar days from your event, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CONSIDERED CANCELED (see Refund/Cancellation Policy) in order open that time slot for other potential customers.
Refund / Cancellation...
You can cancel your event and receive a full refund outside of the 7 day event window. However, Game Kingz SA will retain the $150 deposit as a cancellation fee for all parties or events cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled event. Rolling Video Games of San Antonio will make every effort to reschedule and/or postpone your event with no penalty to another date, should cancellation be necessary.
Inclement Weather...
Our mobile game theater is insulated and climate controlled with air-conditioning and heating. In the event of severe weather (strong wind, snow, ice, etc…) that makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event.
Refusal of Service...
Game Kingz SA reserves the right to refuse service to client and event attendees if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, guests, equipment or the public. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected illegal drug use, aggressive language or acts, unsafe surroundings. If the situation is not corrected, we may delay or cancel an event.
Damage...
Game Kingz SA, Robert King, or any RVGSA employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, RVGSA reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients’ guests. This includes damage and/or theft of items such as television units, game consoles, game controllers, game discs. Replacement charges will be based on current retail price of the damaged/missing item (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc.) and will be charged to the client’s credit or debit card accordingly. Rolling Video Games of San Antonio, Robert King, or any RVGSA employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
Food and Drinks...
We do NOT allow any food, drink, candy, gum, smoking, etc…. in the mobile game theater.
Parking...
The mobile game theater is designed to be parked on the street with safe sidewalk access to event guests. If conditions upon our arrival render safe parking unavailable, customers have the option of moving the event to a nearby location suitable for parking. The trailer is 32ft and the towing vehicle is approx. 20ft. The truck and trailer can typically fit in front of a residence between both of your neighbors driveways on either side, essentially blocking off your front area ONLY. We ensure that we do NOT block either neighbors driveway.
Privacy Act Policy...
Rolling Video Games of San Antonio aka Game Kingz SA is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make event reservations with RVGSA as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Pictures While your party is in effect the Game Coach will be taking pictures of the party inside/outside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Rolling Video Games of San Antonio’s Facebook Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Facebook Page, please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.
Video Game Ratings...
Rolling Video Games of San Antonio will play “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. However, If you wish to NOT have an “M” rated games email us.
